Our integrative approach allows us to take you beyond traditional medicine towards true wellness. Our services are personalized to you, allowing you the freedom to build the best care. We offer packages for specific types of care or memberships that offer a full suite of services. Members enjoy unlimited visits, priority scheduling, biannual wellness physicals, after hours access to their personal care physician, and discounts on therapies and supplements with a monthly charge.

ACUTE CARE SINGLE VISIT
$150/VISIT
We are currently accepting one-time visits for new patients. The single visit fee can be applied to a membership within 30 days of the visit.
If you are seeking medical care but not sure about becoming a member, please register as a new patient and then book your appointment in your patient portal. (Reminder: We do not accept insurance payments). If you have ANY questions, call us! We would love to share how we can serve you best.
Pricing: $150 in-person or virtual*
*Lab, supplies and procedure costs will be charged separately at the non-member rate.

65 and older we cannot serve with medical care at this time
LINGERING ILLNESS PACKAGE
$400
This package is to help those that have a moderately complex illness that will require a few visits. The package includes:
- 3 Medical appointments
- lab draws as needed
- A treatment plan
- Case management of visits with other specialties
- Follow-up analysis of treatment options
- Coordination of specialty care
- member discount on therapy sessions and supplements that are recommended in the plan
Pricing: $400
BIANNUAL HEALTH ASSESSMENT
$400
- This package is to help those who would like to focus on preventative care. We recommend this assessment to happen twice a year. The package includes:
- Deep dive medical history and exam
- lab draws
- A plan of action
- Body scan (Fit3d scanner)
- 6 week follow-up visit with lab draw and scan
- Physician of record for 6 months
- Member discount on supplements and thermogram imaging
Pricing: $400 for the first assessment, $300 for the second assessment within the year

Don’t live close to Lincoln? We offer virtual care with a local feel! Get full access to your physician virtually and if you need to be seen in person, he can recommend a local physician or services.
